How do I redeem points?
100 points = US$5 (based on the currency listed in the LEFEET online store)
Where can I make purchases to earn points?
You can earn points by making purchases on the LEFEET online store.
When will my points expire?
Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. The expiration period will be activated from the last activity of your purpose. If you do not earn or redeem points within this period, the points will automatically be reset to zero.
As an existing customer, how are my points calculated?
- If your online purchase is made after May 1st, 2023, until the present date, your points based on total spend during this period will be added to your membership account. To activate your points, please enroll in our membership program.
- If your online purchase is made prior to May 1st, 2023, you will receive 1000 points added to your account. To activate your membership and claim these points, you will need to enroll in our membership program.
Will I lose points if I make a return?
Yes, points will be deducted based on the value of your return.
Can I combine discounts?
No, points can not be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Is there a limit to earning points?
Nope.
How does the Referral Program work?
Find the referral link in the Referral Program tab when you sign up or log in to our loyalty program. Your friend will receive a $50 coupon when they register using your referral link.
When your friend makes a successful purchase and their order is fulfilled, you'll earn 1000 points.
In which currency should I consider my points for redemption?
Points should be calculated in the currency specified on the LEFEET website (USD).
