The harness is pretty good and gets the job done. If you don’t use the strap it comes with at least the mount is good to attach whatever strap or harness you want. It does make it a little more difficult to put on the buoyancy sleeve but not bad.

Makes entering and exiting even easier with multiple options for bolt snap placement. Can work with a shoulder D ring but great if you have a crotch D ring as well.

Perfect length to secure the unit, a great product at a great price.

For diving this completely changes the game. The scooter is so much easier and effortless to handle if you attached it to your dive harness with this. All the forward thrust is transmitted directly through the harness connection and not through the your arms. This makes it so much less effort to maneuver with the scooter. 100% get this if you plan to use it for diving.
