Every LEFEET Certified Refurbished product undergoes a comprehensive refurbishment and inspection process before being offered for sale. This includes functional testing, cleaning, cosmetic grading and a final quality inspection to ensure that the product operates properly.

Certified Refurbished products may have minor cosmetic imperfections, but these do not affect their core functions or normal use. Each product is repackaged with the accessories specifically listed on its product page.

Unused / Open-Box: The product has not been used, but its original packaging may have been opened, damaged or replaced. The product may also have been inspected or handled before being repackaged.

Pre-Owned: The product has previously been used and may show minor cosmetic signs of use. It has been professionally inspected, cleaned and tested before being approved for resale.

Both conditions must pass LEFEET’s functional quality checks before they can be sold as Certified Refurbished products.

An Unused / Open-Box product will generally show little to no sign of use, although minor handling marks may occasionally be present.

A Pre-Owned product may have light scratches, scuffs or other minor cosmetic marks on its exterior. These imperfections are cosmetic only and do not affect the product’s performance or normal operation.

The exact cosmetic appearance may vary from unit to unit.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, LEFEET Certified Refurbished products are covered by LEFEET’s Limited Hardware Warranty. The main unit is covered for 12 months and the battery is covered for 6 months from the date shown on the sales invoice.

Returns must meet the requirements of the LEFEET Return & Refund Policy and must be authorized before the product is sent back. Please contact service@lefeet.com before returning any product.

Return shipping costs and eligibility depend on the reason for the return. Please refer to the official Warranty Service and Return & Refund Policy pages for complete terms.

Please contact service@lefeet.com and provide your order number, product serial number, a description of the issue and, when possible, supporting photos or videos.

The LEFEET support team will first help diagnose the issue. If further inspection, repair or replacement is required, we will provide the appropriate service and shipping instructions.

Please do not send a product back without receiving authorization and a return address from LEFEET.

If repair is not feasible, LEFEET may provide a new or refurbished replacement product or part with the same or similar functions.

Replacement products or parts may not be brand new, but they will be in good working condition and functionally equivalent to the original product or part. The replacement will remain covered for the remaining warranty period of the original product.

LEFEET Certified Refurbished products are already offered at special discounted prices. Unless a promotion specifically states that it applies to refurbished products, refurbished discounts generally cannot be combined with other discount codes, sales or promotional offers.
