I bought the P1 Lite mainly for travel, and the size and weight are exactly what I was hoping for. It’s easy to pack and doesn’t feel like a hassle to bring along. Once I got it in the water, it felt more stable than I expected, and the speed settings were more than enough for me.
It’s especially nice for snorkeling. I could reach spots a little farther out and take my time looking around at the fish and reef without getting tired so quickly. It’s not a heavy-duty, high-thrust machine, but that’s not what I needed. It’s simple, lightweight, and easy to control, which is exactly what I was looking for.

What surprised me most about the P1 Dual Unit is that it doesn’t feel overly bulky or hard to carry, but the thrust underwater is seriously strong. I was a little worried that using a dual-motor setup would be complicated, but the installation and controls turned out to be pretty straightforward. The wireless remote feels intuitive, and the speed levels are more than enough for my needs.
Once I got in the water, it made it much easier to reach spots a bit farther out without constantly using up my own energy. For me, the biggest value isn’t just the speed. It’s how much easier and more stable it makes the whole dive feel. On this trip, my friend and I even saw a sea turtle while diving. It was a beautiful moment.

The P1 XR looks pretty understated at first. It doesn’t have any flashy colors, but once I got it in the water, I realized how powerful it really is. It’s hard to find an underwater scooter this compact that delivers this much thrust. It makes swimming feel a lot easier, especially when I want to reach reef spots that are a little farther out. I also feel good about the safety features, like the battery protection and enclosed propeller design. After using it a few times, I’ve been able to see parts of the ocean I probably never would have reached on my own.

I’ve used the P1 Lite a few times for snorkeling and light dives, and it’s been really easy to handle. It’s compact, simple to set up, and has enough power for cruising around without getting tired. I wouldn’t use it in strong current, but for travel and casual underwater use, it’s a fun and practical little scooter. Overall, very happy with it.

I dive with a heavy twinset and extra stage bottles, and most compact scooters usually struggle with the drag. The P1 Dual Unit is a completely different story. The thrust is incredible, pulling me effortlessly even with all my heavy gear in cold water. It saves so much gas and energy. Highly recommend for tech divers who need reliable, massive power without the huge bulk of traditional DPVs.

Just tried the xr version and this thing is a game changer over the P1 light, speed is not important but the longer runtime makes a big difference.

The product is much more luxurious than expected. It is meticulously crafted and of extremely high quality. It can also be assembled in modules, making it very convenient to carry around.

Makes entering and exiting even easier with multiple options for bolt snap placement. Can work with a shoulder D ring but great if you have a crotch D ring as well.

This is extremely well made and allows me to easily clip off the P1 lite when not using it, I sling it like a pony bottle.

I’ve been using the P1 Lite for a while now, and I’m really impressed.
It’s incredibly lightweight, which makes it easy to handle and carry around.
The performance is fast and responsive, giving a smooth experience every time.
On top of that, the build quality feels premium, with materials that look and feel high-end.

Overall, the P1 Lite combines portability, speed, and luxury in one neat package.

I baught the c1 solo but shortly discovered 1 battery is barely enough. It’s so fun and everyone around me wanted to try it out. I deeply advise to quite get 1 more spare battery when you purchase this awesome device.

My first scuba use was off of the coast of Venice, Florida on a boat (2 tank) dive with one 100kw battery (I’ve bought a spare) to hunt for shark teeth. Water conditions were slight swells and very little current.

The configuration for the scooter included a Lefeet buoyancy sleeve, Lefeet single hand rail kit with harness, and Scuba Compass w/bungee strap. The hand rail harness was set to a length fully retracted (one clip on the rail, one on the BCD D-ring); however, it needed to be even shorter to be just less than the full extension of my arm to take the load from the scooter. This required passing one end through the BCD D-ring and attaching to rear of the clip on the rail. This achieved the desired result.

Of the 12 weights included for the buoyancy sleeve, I used 9 and only put them in the bottom holes to lower the center of gravity of the scooter. The scooter was still negatively buoyant in this configuration. Even reducing to 3, it was still slightly negatively buoyant. For future dives, I won’t be using any of the weights.

For the first dive, I didn’t go very far the boat and used slightly more than 20% of the power at Level 1 & 2. For the second, I ventured further from the boat and used the remaining power and experienced the powering down to Level 1 once the battery reached the first bar. Level 1 was sufficient to assist my kicking the final (short) distance to the boat. Both dives were more than an hour. The scooter was used to get out and back straight line to my shark tooth hunting location rather than constantly providing thrust.

The Lefeet P1 allowed me to hunt further (and safer) from the boat than others on the charter, to stay at the hunting location longer (since my return didn’t take as long as an unassisted swimmer, and to return to the boat consuming less air (both underwater and on the surface).

I will be taking my P1 to Belize next year on a week-long live aboard for use while going to and from dive sites taking underwater pictures and videos.

FINAL THOUGHTS
The only concern I have with the Lefeet P1 is that once my wife tries it, she’ll want one too. She didn’t allay my worries when I expressed them to her, saying “…of course, what do you expect.”

The quality of the materials and design is immediately noticeable, the P1 Lite looks and feels premium right out of the box. It’s absolutely beautiful. Once in the water, I was blown away by how powerful it is. For such a compact device, it’s almost unbelievable how much thrust it delivers.

I really appreciate Lefeet’s attention to detail. The included carrying case is fantastic, and all the accessories seem thoughtfully engineered and well-crafted.

Battery life is relatively short when using it at full speed, but considering it can be recharged quickly,even with a power bank, I still think the P1 Lite is an amazing option for summer fun. It’s a fantastic piece of gear for anyone looking to elevate their water adventures.

I purchased a Lefeet S1 scooter some years ago and have recently ordered some spare parts - just in case! The scooter is used virtually every week for scuba diving from shore and is still performing perfectly. The scooter and the parts are all of very high quality. I am in my late 70's and the scooter is definitely a great help and is important in keeping me diving.
